What the desk does

From the first call to the weekly sheet.

Six jobs, done every day the truck is on the board, for semis and for 16- to 26-foot box trucks. The percentage pays for the work. There is no upfront fee, no forced dispatch, and no contract.

01

Lane search

We look for freight that fits the truck you run, whether that is a 53-foot trailer or a 16- to 26-foot box, with your hours and your home time in the plan.

02

Rate negotiation

Brokers get a call before you accept. We push the linehaul and we do not hide a weak rate inside a long deadhead.

03

Setup and paperwork

Carrier packets, rate confirmations, and broker setup go out under your MC. You see the confirmation before pickup.

04

Load support

Check calls, appointment changes, lumper questions, and the broker when a dock runs long. The desk stays on it.

05

Accessorials

Detention, layover, and tonu get documented and billed. Collected accessorials are part of gross, and the fee applies there too.

06

Weekly numbers

Every week you get gross, the 4 Freight fee, and what came back to the truck before fuel and the note. No blended average.

Standard desk

8%

One semi or one box truck, or a few of either. No setup fee and no contract. You can leave the board when the current loads are delivered.

Small fleet

6%

Five or more trucks under the same authority. Same rules: no upfront fee, no forced dispatch, and no contract.

Box trucks

16 to 26 foot box trucks, on the same desk.

Carriers asked for this, and the board covers it. Local and regional box freight is booked around the box length, the liftgate, the pallet count, and the city you need to finish in. A 26-foot truck is not offered a 53-foot load.

The rules do not change with the truck. No upfront fee, no forced dispatch, and no contract. The fee is still a percentage of the gross you approve.
